IIT JEE 2010 EligibilityA candidate has to satisfy ALL the eligibility conditions given below:
A candidate can attempt JEE only twice, in consecutive years. Those who have appeared in JEE in 2008 or earlier are not eligible for appearing in JEE-2010.
Candidates appearing in JEE-2009 should have either passed the qualifying examination in 2008 or should be appearing in 2009. They should also satisfy the specific eligibility criteria in the qualifying examination. Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination before October 1, 2008 are not eligible to write JEE-2010.
Candidates should meet the age requirements given below.

What is Motivation
Motivation is an inner state of need or desire that activates an individual to do something that will satisfy that need or desire. Because motivations derive from need or desires internal to the individual, others cannot “motivate” an individual but must manipulate environmental variables that may result in an increase or decrease of motivation, there should be a motivational strategy.
